Prices
All prices exclude VAT (bar other agreement). For resellers other
conditions can be arranged. Transport costs will be charged separately.
Payment
Prepaid by international bank transfer: The full amount
of the invoice must be transferred into our bank account upon confirmation
of an order. Once payment has been received, the products will be
delivered.
Internet payment: With the same conditions as the prepaiment by
international bank transfer, the payment can also be made via the
internet on the webpage www.paypal.com
on my e-mail address oliver.luescher@konstruktiv.li (further information
about PayPal or payment via internet can be found on the corresponding
webpage.)
Cash on delivery (COD): Products can be paid on delivery thru the
shipment agency (e.g. postal service). Upon delivery of the products
you'll have to pay for the products, the COD service as well as
taxes. On reconsignment (due to non-acceptance or non-picking up)
you will be liable for any costs.
Invoice: Payment by invoice (after delivery) is only possible within
Switzerland and upon special arrangement (payment in 30 days net
price).

Costs of delivery and packaging are charged at cost price. You
do have the option of picking up the products at our shop (upon
arrangement).
Damage in transit
The delivered products must be checked immediately upon receipt.
Any complaints must be in writing and reach us within 8 (eight)
days, otherwise the delivery is accepted. Damaged goods must be
returned without delay.
Liability
